I need help figuring out who this person is!!!

I have a spitting image in my head of a bratty blonde character from either a tv show or a movie

She’s blonde and has her hair in like a half up do and is bratty and I have this spitting image of her with a bratty smile on her face but I can’t for the life of me thing of who she is of what she was in

The closest person that I can think of to help make sense of who she looks like is hannah rightmire from temptation island

It’s not who I’m thinking of but she looks super similar and wears her hair the same way

Whoever I’m thinking of.. the image in my head has her up on a stage maybe for like a pageant or something but I have no idea
