Pain - 16 weeks FTM

As of this morning I have experienced a different type of pain, compared to ligament pain. It is higher up and hurts to take a deep breath and cough almost like when you have the wind knocked out of you. I cannot get ahold of my doctor and I am considering going to the ER. Has anyone experienced something like this? I ate and drank some water and it seemed to make it worse
