Super faint pregnancy test

Hey guys,

I tested pregnancy last week it was negative. I have pcos so irregular cycles and was unable to conceive. I went to doctor she gave me medicine to have period (haven’t had one since March this year(I took contraceptive for one month to bring on my period —- previous to that was December 2018 natural period). I also had ultrasound done to confirm pcos about 4 days back.

I have been having lower back pain for couple of days now.

I started spotting very randomly but only to been seen on a tissue.

1st day VERY LIGHT

2nd day darker almost like blood color

3rd day very light

4th day very light.

I thought maybe I was due having period but I didn’t.. it’s been 4 days now.. spotting is not all the time at random hour of the day then nothing.

I did ovulation test it was super light hence negative.

I also did pregnancy test I swear I could see a second line but it was so so light that you can’t see if I take a pic.

Wondering when should I retest?? Am I just seeing things cause I really want it to be positive 😣

I’m suppose to start a medicine to bring on my periods but I’m scared just incase it’s positive pregnancy test.

Can’t even tell anyone as I want to surprise everyone if it’s positive pregnancy 😕
