Stomach cramping and nauseous

I don't have a fever or chills, and I'm not over the toilet throwing up and diarrhea. So im not sure if this is over something i ate or if its the mucus ive been swallowing from having sinus issues of late.

I basically crapped myself late last night when diarrhea suddenly came on. My stomach has been off and on cramping over the whole top, and my stomach has felt completely gross. Sipping ginger ale and trying to eat a little here and there.

Going to contact my midwife later to consult her too.

Just curious if anyone else has felt this way. I haven't been throwing up this pregnancy or my last, just got reference. 15 going on 16 weeks. Healthy pregnancy so far.
