Time to go in ? 35 weeks fraternal twins

I have only gone into labor once and it was with my first baby and it ended being an emergency c section. The other 2 kids were planned c sections with some braxtons. I have been having contractions that are uncomfortable but not unbearable every 5 min for almost an hour , would you say its almost time to be checked ? I have moved around to change positions , drinking water.
