Engorged Breasts- Not Breastfeeding
Hi ladies, I am 4days postpartum not breastfeeding and my breasts are very engorged and so sore. They leak all day long, to the point I’m leaking through the pad, and shirt multiple times a day. Is this normal? How do I help it? I’m in tears I’m in so much pain
