HELP IM SO LOST

I sadly had another miscarriage September 15th at 9:25pm..

Tomorrow will make a month since then but what I’m not understanding is why I’m getting a positive pregnancy test? Is it even possible for me to be pregnant again already? This test was taken this morning.. someone please help me I’m so scared rn 😭💔
