Before you decide to make an app look in the app store and find out if there's a similar app to the idea. You do not want to get lawyers on you if someone sees you making app that's similar to their app.when you choose the name you need to make sure that nobody owns the name or is using the name already. And you're going to have to probably get a program that allows you to create stuff or find somebody and pay this person to help you create an app. A lot of programming that goes into making an app.
