•shower/bathe if possible! if you’ve orgasmed, or even if you just have pre-cum, it’s always good to get that gunk out!!

•if you can’t take a shower or bathe, i recommend going pee and wiping down there a couple times! i use cleansing wipes to get everything out, but just toilet paper would work fine too! remember to be gentle, you’re still sensitive :))

•wash those hands girl!! it’s always nice to get some amazing soap, lather up, and put on your favorite lotion after!!

•affirmations!! these are always overlooked, but i promise you being kind to yourself is very important! there’s so much stigma around girls masturbating, and we’re not here for that! remind yourself that you deserve this!! not only does masturbation relieve stress, it has shown signs to strengthen the immune system :))
