Paragard- normal spotting or pregnant?

I got my Paragard about a month ago. Had my period right after it as I expected (cycle is relatively normal) since then I have hung out with my boyfriend a few times, we’ve had sex about 4-5 times where he’s finished inside me. I’m due for my next period in about 5 days. However for the past 3 days I’ve been spotting and getting short bursts of cramps. I know spotting is a typical Paragard symptom, but I can’t help but be a bit paranoid that I’m pregnant. My anxiety is telling me that it’s implantation bleeding from pregnancy. Before Paragard I never spotted. Is this normal to spot a week before your period for several days with a copper IUD? Am I crazy? Or pregnant? I’m getting a pregnancy test tomorrow just to make sure. I’m a hypochondriac and always paranoid about pregnancy so please bear with me I know I sound like a lunatic right now.
