can anyone help me stop freaking out?

So, i got my nexplanon on October 6th. The doctors told me it would start working within 7 days. Before the seven days was up I had protected sex but the condom broke so i took a plan b pill to be safe a day or two after. It has now been 11 days in and my boyfriend came in me yesterday. We do have unprotected sex and have been together almost a year. I know nexplanon doesnt have a 100% affective rate but do you guys think i could get pregnant because it’s still early or no because it’s been past the 7 days? i have been thinking about if i need to buy the pill again.
