Has anyone lost a babe due to a genetic issue? We were told my baby died of a CPAM (lung malformation) at 32 weeks and we were given the ok to start trying again. Which we have. But now they’ve come back to us and said she had emphysema. How a baby develops emphysema in the womb, I have no idea, and either did they. But now they want more genetic testing done.

I’m losing my mind thinking that it’s genetic and I won’t know for months. I’m also freaking out that I got pregnant this cycle (doubtful with the stress).

They did say it’s unlikely to be genetic but I’m soooo worried now. Has anyone had genetic testing done (on the patents) and if so how long did it take to get the results?
