Question about birth control.

So I take birth control pills. I have been having clear stringy discharge. (When it says I’m ovulation). Is the discharge because I’m ovulating or the medication? Is it normal to have this type of discharge while on pill?

My husband and I had sex yesterday and he didn’t pull out. I take the birth control every day like I’m suppose to so I’m wondering about my chances of getting pregnant? Which we are wanting to have another in a couple years.
