Aggressive on LSD

I’ll post this here as well since it’s a much larger group! My boyfriend and I have been together for four years, he’s working with a jeweler on a custom ring so we’re pretty serious! Saturday he had been drinking and smoking and was on acid. He gets a little jealous when his single friends are around. He got really upset late at night in our hotel suite and gave me the finger, threw his cell phone/cigs at me, kicked the coffee table. His friends calmed him down and later on I asked him what was wrong. He said he doesn’t trust me and doesn’t want to continue with our relationship. The next day- he doesn’t remember a thing! Says he loves me, apologized. Should I dismiss this as drug induced paranoia or dive in/ see what’s going on there? I’ve witnessed others being aggressive on LSD- but never my own partner! Thanks
