Geographic tongue?

This might be a long shot, but i was wondering if anyone has geographic tongue. Eating spicy or acidic foods? Or not drinking enough water, causing pain and irritation on your tongue. I have not been diagnosed but I’m almost certain this is what i have. Alcohol, spicy/acidic foods, seem to be the irritant for me ! I’ve never known anyone to have this so I’m curious is someone does and am wondering if the symptoms are the same !! Thank you ! Picture for reference !
