Not sure what to do

So back story me and my ex husband have been separated for two years now. We tried to work things out a couple times and it never worked. So he got his own place and we got divorced. The original agreement was every other weekend from 8 to 5 that he would get the kids. In the last year he has seen the kids maybe 4 times and didn’t want both multiple times. He checks in once a month to ask how they are doing. Won’t call them, won’t FaceTime, nothing but asking for a picture for his family and that’s it. Fast forward to September and he was leaving for school for 7 months and the day before he leaves he is supposed to see the kids (he hasn’t seen them since June) so I set everything up so he could get the kids out of school and he never showed up. He texted me at 6 that night to tell me he fell asleep and wanted to see them the next day. He showed up after their bed time with gifts “upset” he missed them. Well now here is where I’m not sure what to do. I get a daily update on how the kids do in school and he used to get it, now he is asking for it since he wants pictures and doesn’t want to ask me for them. Should I put him back on the email list?
