Back Labor/BH in my Back
With my first, I had BH like no other but I definitely felt them as cramps/period pains from about 30 weeks on. I’m now 31 weeks with my second and I’m having severe back pains. They come and go but can be extremely painful. Are these considered BH as well? I never experienced back labor with my first onto your usual back discomfort. Would appreciate any advice to relieve pain (I’m drinking water and laying down when I can).
