So I went to the ob and they did an ultrasound last week and today both times they say there’s no heart beat, then the ob comes in and just started talking about what a miscarriage should be like. Thoughts ??

Same things happened to me! They saw a sac & no baby yet so they started offering me a D&C but we decided to wait. A week later I went back & they were able to not only see 1 healthy baby but two! Please wait if you feel that’s what’s best. Good luck!

I think they're  trying to prepare you for the worst. Unfortunately some can come off negative and emotionless but they have to tell the truth and let you knoenall the possibilities. Over a week without a heart beat doesnt sound promising so I'm  wishing you the best and praying for a miracle.

I would suggest wait till 10th week give it some time....doctors arent always right.....I had my friend who faced very similar thing and she had heart beat at 10th week. Shes now having healthy 2 year girl child...dont lose hope

Doctor’s aren’t always right. All pregnancies are different. I’d wait another week or two to be sure. Did they say if baby was measuring on track or not?
