Estradiol levels

So I just got some labs back. After I got a positive opk I went in for labs to test my Estradiol level. The reference range on my labs is 85.8 - 498.00 for ovulation phase. Well mine came back as a 787?!? All of my other labs like FSH and all that were previously done and are in the normal range. I am on Clomid so it that why it's so high? Should I be concerned?
