20week Ultrasound EIF Finding

I had my 20 week ultrasound and the doctor told me she found an isolated EIF. I have not had any bloodwork done but she wants me to go see a specialist for a Level 2 ultrasound. Even though she told me she did not see any other markers I am worried of course. I have been researching and seen this is very common and normal but most people say their doctor does not make them go for a Level 2 if it is isolated. I have a fear she didn’t share everything to try to not make me panic. Anyone else have this happen?
