Ultrasound

So, I had my ultrasound on the 19th of October. It went well everything was swell, my baby is doing good so far & my tech guy asked if I'd like to know the gender & I said I did, so he gave me a piece of paper taped up (having a girl) after that as we were getting ready to leave he said that my doctor will have a surprise for me. 😳

I don't know what to think of it. My friends say that she's going to tell me that I'm going to have twins? Idk what are your thoughts? Have you had your ulrtasound technician guys/girls ever congratulated you for having 2 in your belly or did they wait for your doctor to say?
