Irritation of boobs?

At the end of the day when I take my sports bra off, my boobs are always itchy and mainly the areola TMI sorry, not sorry. Then the skin there is kind of flakey? from the itching. 😩 I just wanted to know if anyone is experiencing this as well and if there is anything that could help. I dont want to take any medication for it.

I have big boobs and this happens to me only with sport bras because they are tight and give me a uniboob 😅 The normal ones are ok because there is some air between them. I hope I explained myself.

If you wear your sports bra to workout, try changing out of it as soon as you’re done. This used to happen to me when I was at practice all day so I would bring a second one to change into halfway through the day to cut back on any irritation. And be sure to wash them after every use!
