It’s on my boyfriends belly

A cyst or ingrown hair. My boyfriend gets them on his waist line, inner thighs, and underarms all the time. I have to drain them and remove the hair that’s ingrown if it ends up being an ingrown hair. And they usually heal up in a couple days after we drain them.
