Clogged ducts

You guys I’m dying - I get 1-2 new clogged ducts a day ever since my babe started daycare.

I pump every 2-3 hours for 15-20 min and hand express for a few min after to fully empty.

She nurses at night and in the morning.

Most of the time it’s both and over half of my boob is rock solid from big clogs

The haaka Epsom salt doesn’t do much for me. I’m heating and massaging and just started taking the lethicin supplements.

Can anyone relate or have some tricks to try!?
