When could you move without pain after c section

After 2 weeks, it was a lot easier to get around but pain lingered for a while. And even now (at 12 weeks), if I overuse my stomach muscles, I’m in a lot of pain. My doctor said 6 weeks to be cleared for exercise and sex, 10-12 before I could lift heavy objects or do ab workouts. We’ve been packing to move and I’m in pain most mornings.

2-3 days, but I probably pushed myself more than I should have. My daughter was in the nicu for her first 2 weeks of her life so I pushed myself to get up there every day. When I was in the hospital, it was multiple times a day. But I think by moving more my recovery was faster. Because my first c-section took longer than that to recover and I took it too easy on my body.

2-3 days for me both times. Refused pain meds to take home after each one since I didn’t need them

I was walking slowly around the block 1 week after and that was as much activity as I could handle for a few weeks

Depends what you mean by move... 
I was walking with minimal pain the next day but laying down or even sitting down was terrible for about 2 weeks
I would literally scream every time i had go get up to feed my baby. It gets easier forsure but yeah walking wasn’t a big deal for me

4 days later but twisting and getting out of bed I was cautious.

About 2 weeks for it to be a lot less painful, I found getting in and out of bed the hardest kind of movement in the beginning and rolling over in bed as well.
