Super worried, help!

Ok I’ll be 14 weeks on Sunday. It’s one baby. I’ve had 2 ultrasounds, one at 8 weeks and one at 12 weeks. Baby’s heart rate was 166bpm at my 12 weeks scan and growth was perfect.

At 12.5 weeks I had a night where I struggled to empty my bladder. I peed but instantly felt the need to pee again and did, it took 30 minutes of pushing and sitting on the toilet to finally feel like my bladder was empty. I’d just get little trickles at a time. Yesterday is started again so I called my doctor this morning and it’s been an issue all day long. They took a urine sample for tests but I’ve had bladder infections before and they’ve never felt like this. I googled it, which I shouldn’t have, and now I’m scared that I lost the baby or will lose it. The last time I had this issue I was 34 weeks pregnant and my twins had caused a prolapsed bladder.
