Really sharp pain lower right side

I’m 11w6d and I woke up to a horrible sharp pain all around my stomach. I went pee and then it just hurt on the right side. I’m a lil gassy so it could from bloating I guess. But the pain is really bad. Like I can’t fall back asleep bad. My SO and I had sex last night and I don’t know if that could be involved because I’ve never had this pain afterwards before. Should I be concerned? On a scale of 1-10 my pain is a 6 but doesn’t seem to get better except the pain subsided to one side.
