Will i know if I’m dilating??
So i am 36 weeks today, and at my appointment this past week i was 1 centimeter dilated and 40% effaced. I know some people dilate faster than others and it doesn’t mean anything, but i was wondering if i will know if I’m progressing? Will i start cramping or can i continue to dilate and efface and not realize it??
