Headaches 😩!

I am 7 weeks 2 days and have been getting headaches everyday for almost a week straight. It’s usually on and off throughout the day. Like I’ll wake up w/ headache and after a while it’ll go away but come back sometime during the day. The pain is stronger in the mornings and night but never unbearable. Idk if I’m just dehydrated (I just moved to CO and the air is so dry here 🙄) or it’s hormones.. anyone else experiencing headaches often? Are daily headaches normal in early pregnancy?
