Anyone else's second pregnancy totally different from the first?

My first I was pretty nauseous the whole time and I'm 7 weeks now with hardly any nausea! The only symptom I really have is food aversion, but other than that nothing. 
It's worrying me a bit that I'm not sick this time like my first!

Yes, first one I was sick for six weeks, then felt amazing, and my hair grew like crazy, but my skin was a roller coaster. This time I had no real nausea, but my heartburn is so bad some nights I do vomit (first had a bit, but never this bad- it’s every day at least a little), my hair isn’t growing fast, but my skin is amazing, but I’m so tired.

Same! This one is completely different. I used to throw up every single day with my first and not even once with this one. But feeling extremely exhausted. Walking is too much work for me at this point!!!
