I’m really confused.

I posted on here a few days ago. I have the Skyla IUD. I’ve had it for almost the three years. Within the three years of having it, I don’t get periods anymore, like at all. I’ll have maybe a day of bleeding every once in a blue moon. But most of the time I have brown discharge in place of a period and that maybe lasts 2-3 days max. I don’t get cramps anymore. Nothing.

Well the past maybe four days I have had some bright pink to very light pink bleeding and spotting. Not enough for even a light tampon. I’ve been cramping on and off. My guy came in me about two and a half, three weeks ago. I have had some nausea on and off. I peed very frequently for two days, today not so much. I also have been having hot flashes. I’m on antibiotics. I also get dizzy or lightheaded on and off. Like even sitting down.

With the IUD, can the bleeding change suddenly like this? I mean I haven’t even been having any discharge just some bright pink blood and very light pink spotting and it’s just so unusual. I haven’t even felt myself for the past few days. I was very tingly yesterday if that makes any sense.

I took a test Friday and it looked negative, when should I test again? Should I even test again or am I just over thinking this? My boobs don’t hurt but my nipples have been kind of sensitive and that’s unusual as well because after I got them pierced I lost sensitivity..unfortunately.

Please help a girl out. Would it even be possible for me to get Pregnant on the IUD?
