Y’all I feel mortified right now!! I was diagnosed with diastasis recti a few weeks ago and have my first PT appointment for that and lingering pelvic pain on Wednesday (finally!). So I’m at work and one of my residents looked me up and down and was like ‘are you pregnant again?!’ 😩😩. I’ve been wearing looser scrub tops on purpose but I didn’t realize it was that bad! How long did it take for it to get better for you guys who’ve had it once you started the proper exercise/PT?
