Sleep regression do’s and don’ts?
Most of you are much further along in the sleep regression, but it’s just hitting my little one. I need your tips! Please share your wisdom!
Last week she slept for 11 hours multiple nights, so I thought we might skip the regression. No luck.
Now when we put her down at 8, she’s up again at 10, 1, 3, and 7.
I’ve mostly been feeding her when she wakes up. Last night at 3 I got her back to sleep in 10 minutes, but spent another 20 trying to get her back down in her crib before giving up and feeding her.
Do you always feed when they wake up? How often do you do a diaper in the night? Any other suggestions?
I miss 11 hour stretches already and it’s only been two nights 😩🥴
