Using icy hot?

Has anyone used icy hot for joint pains while pregnant? My right hip/lower back kills me and nothing seems to help at all and thought about giving icy hot a try.

I used Vicks for pretty much everything

It’s safe for pregnancy. The lidocaine in it is absorbed slowly and very little of it is transferred to the fetus.

Yup I used it a couple times . Dr told me it was fine with both kids 🤷🏻‍♀️
