I’m confused

So my <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">glow app</a> says I’m 4 weeks and three days my fiancé app says I’m 4 weeks and six days and my other app say I’m 5 weeks what is goin on one due date is June 28,2021 other one is July 1,2021 why is it different is it because it’s a estimate?? Help me please lol
