Home birth cost?

So I found an awesome birthing center in my town that offers both home birth and center birth. This is perfect for us bc we maaaay be moving to our farm late in my pregnancy (would want home birth), and if we don’t I would prefer a non hospital setting (had a pretty traumatic birth with my first due to ob negligence).

Unfortunately my insurance will only cover 70% of the costs (for all appts and birth) since the provider isn’t in network. There isn’t an in network home birth provider in my county unfortunately.

Can anyone share what their home birth cost? If you were in California, even better! Thanks in advance mamas!
