Anybody else have a small baby ?

My baby is 3 months and she’s only in size 1 diapers and still wears 0-3 month clothes because her arms and legs are so short she was 19 inches at birth and is only 22 inches now 🤦‍♀️

Our oldest was born at 39+1 and was 19 1/2" 6lb 5 oz. He was in newborn until he was 3 months old and then finally fit into 0-3. He has a massive head and was born with it in the 98th percentile. And he has been 50th percentile for height and weight and grown perfectly across his curve. I am 5' 3-1/2". My husband likes to pretend he is 5' 10" but he isn't. I'll give him 5' 8" lol so we are a short people. Talk to the pediatrician if you're worried but they will usually let you know if there is anything to be concerned about. Some kiddos are just little peanuts 💖

My daughter was like that. She was a preemie and was in the month smaller of her age for like half the month. My son is not. He was in 3-6 mons at 2.5 months old he is 8 months old now and is 12-18 month clothes. We all grow at our rate there is no right or wrong and one is not better than the other.

My daughter is 7 months and just switched to 3’s. She’s TINY. She barely 7lbs at birth and 20inches. At 6 months she was 14lbs 2oz and 26.5 inches. Overall she’s in the 6th percentile. She’s still in 3-6 months clothes. Her cousins who are 4 and 5 weeks younger are huge compared to her. Just this weekend someone said she must 3 months old max. 
It’s funny cause she looks just like my sister who is TINY. at 26 she’s maybe 100lbs soaking wet and barely 5ft tall. She was a tiny baby too. I’m 150lbs and 5’8 and was a huge baby. If you didn’t know my daughter was mine, you’d honestly think she was my sisters. It’s weird how genetics work.

My daughter was super small too and took a really long time going up in clothes sizes and diapers. She’s now 22m and 23lbs. She’s always been in the 3rd percentile for weight.
We just had our son and he was 11lbs 12oz at birth and went straight into 3m clothing and size 1 diapers. They couldn’t be more different 😂😂

I think 3-4 months is pretty average to still be in 1s... most 50th % babies are 14 ish lbs by 3-4 months so a baby who is in a lower percentile would still be in them 4-5 months of age I’d assume. The diapers we have say 12-14 lbs is the “max out” for them before you need the next size and the size up is 12-18 so if you have a longer/taller baby you might grow out before 3-4 months seems typical to me.

Our 3 mo daughter is in size 1 diapers. She’s wear 0-3 clothes still but she’s 99%ile for height, so they’re all too short but fit her waist.

My child is 21 months old and can still wear her 0-3 month pants as capris lol. Still in a size 3 diaper comfortably. She is tall now but super skinny. She was in preemie clothes for like 4 weeks and in newborn until she was about 4 months old. Some kids are just small...as long as they are healthy all is good.
