Help ease congestion???

Mommies. 
Any tips or tricks to help ease baby's congestion? My 6 month old seems to have the cold. I have been using saline sprays and suctioning as often as needed. Humidifier is close to his pack and play. 
What else have you used that help?

Saline spray is the only thing we use.  We lift the head side of the crib, keep baby warm and give extra fluids.  Is your baby eating solids yet?  If so, broth soups(a baby version of chicken noodle soup) works great for babies too.  Of course, lots of cuddles.

We have tried saline drops with the nose frida, a humidifier and running a hot steamy shower while we sit in the bathroom but nothing has worked. It’s been 10 days or more with bright green/yellow boogs so that means a fun trip to the doctor for a possible sinus infection!🙄 
If it’s been awhile it might worth a call to the doctor.
