Autism or speech delay

Hi all mum, I have two year old and 5 month daughter , I am so concern about it, she not talk much. She can speak few words but not consistently, she not call mummy yet, so far the words she can speak about 30 words, she like to sing or speak few words on cartoons song, she can do some small things for me when I ask her like throw dirty diaper in trash, organizer her toys when I ask her but it depend on her mood, she cried a lot, when she wants sth either she goes get it by self or bring me to there to get it. She understand all what I talk to her, when she were two she ignore me when I call her name , not turn toward me, and I brought her to do hearing test four time, she did pass, so audiologist said her hearing is ok, but I don’t know why she still not talk or speak as normal kids same her age, should I concern or she’s autism ? Please help and share all mum
