Primary Care and Birth Control
I’m just curious if anyone else has experienced this because I’m used to military healthcare compared to civilian healthcare. Have you ever been told by your primary that they can remove your IUD but that you’d have to be referred to a Gyno in order to get a new form of birth control inserted? I’ve always been used to primary doctors being able to do all exams and birth control insertions. I have never met a primary that can’t insert new birth control.
