nexplanon concern

so i’ve had my implant for about 2 months now and it has made me crazy. my mood swings are crazy, i feel like i’m always on edge, my boyfriend hates it and wants me to get it removed because of my mood, the side effects are no joke especially the depressing mood. i’ve never experienced this and it’s weird. i don’t want to remove it. any advice?

UPDATE: i’ve had it for about 7 months. it’s definitely getting better but i still find it hard to control my emotions sometimes and it gets the best of me. i’m gonna keep seeing how it goes and work on controlling myself when in emotional.
