So I’ve had my cartilage pierced since I was around 10 years old (I’m 25 now). I kept it out for 5 years but I was thinking about getting it redone. I decided to try and see if the hole was still open. Without thinking I didn’t clean the jewelry and I did break a small piece of skin. It mostly went in easy but the back I think may have closed up a little. It’s very sore now. Do you think it’ll get infected?
