Bleeding and small clots

I am almost 16 weeks along in my second pregnancy. I have been lightly bleeding for a little over a week a few days ago I went to the ER with orders from my OB because the bleeding got heavier and red (not heavy enough to soak a pad or tampon but not spotting).

I was diagnosed with a threatened miscarriage but my cervix was still closed, and baby looked completely fine on the ultrasound.

The bleeding has slowly been going back down to me having pink discharge, but this morning it’s bright red again and I’ve begun passing small clots.

Should I be worried? Do in need to go back to the ER?
