I think I’m having a miscarriage

Thursday I felt pregnant so I took a pregnancy test and it was faint positive I then took this clear blue test on Saturday and now I’m bleeding and cramping.... am I having a miscarriage for sure ? Is this a chemical pregnancy ? I have no idea how far along I am because I had a baby 7 months ago
