Is it normal for breast tenderness to vary in intensity day to day?

Is this something to be concerned about? Like my breasts were AWFUL sore yesterday at 4w4d and had a beta drawn that was perfect and has risen from my previous one a few days ago. Today my breasts are still sore but nowhere near as bad as yesterday. Is it normal for the tenderness to vary day to day?
