My baby started having this red marks at 3 weeks. Does it look like baby acne? It doesn't bother her but it bothers me looking at her face like this 😔

My baby had a similar rash on his cheeks, chest, neck, almost his whole body. We video chatted with the pediatrician because they didn’t want to see us in person due to covid (back in June) and she couldn’t figure out what it was from so she told me to keep doing whatever I was doing to try to get rid of it 🙄 anyway, I used the Cloud Island All Purpose Balm from Target and rubbed it all over him 2x a day and it cleared it up so nicely in about a week!!!

My 4 week old has the same it changes day by day some days looks worse others it clears up health nurse said it was normal if your concerned see a dr just in case

Looks like baby acne. My daughter had it but it cleared up in a couple of weeks

It does kind of look like baby acne(but also a bit more inflamed than what is common).  Have you tried putting breastmilk on it?

Could be, or could be a rash. I’d have your pediatrician look at it.
