Did I just get my hair done?

Does this look okay?. 
I told him I wanted highlights as close to the top as possible. He ended up doing balayage. 
But I don’t think it looks good. I paid $335 
And no one noticed I even got my hair done 😔 
What do you all think? Should I contact him? I hate confrontation :(

For a $300 hair style, yes I’d be calling back. I know it’s scary but you deserve to get your money’s worth!

Im sorry but this looks terrible for the amount you paid. Id be speaking to the stylist for a partial refund so someone else can fix it. Otherwise id be leaving a colorful review for them and their IG page if they have one.

That looks like highlights that have 6 months of outgrowth. And if that was his balayage, then it wasn’t a good job either. I completely understand hating confrontation, I hate it too, but I would definitely call back and demand for a redo. For 300+ dollars, I expect a better job.

If you don't like it then definitely call and talk to him. He will most likely fix it to how you like it. At least any professional should do that.

That is not a good balayage. It should have such an obvious demarcation between your roots and the highlighted portion. 
I would definitely call and say you aren’t satisfied.

It wouldn’t matter if it were the world’s best balayage. You didn’t ask for balayage. It’s not what you wanted, therefore it’s wrong. Call the salon.

I don’t think it’s worth that much. I got a balayage done and got it washed and curled for $175. I gave her $200 though for tip. If you don’t like it just call and just say you don’t really like it. You paid you should be happy.

I honestly can’t even tell the old from the new. That’s like a $65 hair job and certainly not a $300+ hair job.
