I've taken my LO to the doctor on two different occasions and asked about this rash, physician told me she believes it's a drool rash but thinks it's spread like that because she still uses a pacifier. LO uses a pacifier only while sleeping. We've been applying aquaphor as much as possible.

She does go to daycare, and they say they apply it too. It's been like this for weeks, hasn't gotten better or worse. But I feel like she should see some improvement. She does seem to be teething, and we were also told that she has a possible cyst in front of the tooth that causes more pain than typical teething.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there a deep old wives tale of something I can use besides aquaphor and breast milk?
