Sleeping problems with reflux
Any other mommas of relux babies find anything that helped them sleep better? My 4 week old struggles to sleep longer than 30 minutes unless she is being held due to pain from reflux. This momma is exhausted. Doctor suggested meds at her last appointment but trying to see if anyone found something that works without her having to be on medication. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
