8 dpo with 2 day temp dip?

Hello friends!
This is the first month I have consistently measured bbt to try and fall pregnant for my first baby. I am currently 8 dpo today and have had a consistent temp dip for 2 days below the cover line. Could someone give me some insight into what is happening? It’s so hard not to overthink things! Thank you so much.

Temping is such a delicate process. You have to take it after at least 4 hours of good quality sleep within 30 min of the same time, every time. Many environmental factors can throw it off: temperature in the room, we’re you wearing heavy covers a light sheet? Did you get overheated last night or were you freezing. Did you eat spicy food, drink a beer, or enjoy too much sugar or sodium? Did you engage in vigorous activity before bed or heavy activity through the day causing you to be super sore? Did you lay around all day?
All these things can change your BBT. Your chart looks good! But don’t always read into every single temperature. Your looking for an over all average structure. So two temperatures could just be a coincidence, what you want to look at is the pattern.
